GENERAL CONDITIONS.

  • The price is established in €uros, by apartment and day (not by person).
  • The reserves are weekly from Saturday to Saturday or from Tuesday to Tuesday, according    to agreement.
  • The official delivery hour of keys will be not before 12H and not later than 17H; if your arrival is not at this time, please call the number: 00 34 972 37 21 94 1 day before, in order to agree about the keys delivery.
  • The official hour to vacate the apartment is at 10 H (a.m). If you want to stay longer (max. 20H) please ask in reception if possible (20.-€ extra).
  • The apartments reception lies
  • In front of the entrance of the building (Zodiac Reception)
    • Office hours : from 10 to 13 H / 16 - 20 H ( normal days)
    • From 9 to 21 H (Saturdays during the summer).
    • Closed Sundays.
  • Pets are admitted by paying 30.-€ as extra cleaning. The owner holds responsibility for any damage.

RESERVATION FORM

  • The application form must be filled with booking made through internet.
  • In the event of availability you will receive an answer straight away with a reservation option   and a number of “localizador”.
  • In the next contacts, please use always the same name and booking number.
  • This reservation option must be confirmed before 15 days with a down payment of the 25%   of the total as stated below.
  • Once the down payment has been received you will be sent the reservation confirmation in the same way.
